Hi, I'm Anna...

I am a decluttering coach, trained by Dana K. White of A Slob Comes Clean.

 

Over the years I have tried various decluttering methods. For a while things would be ok, then I would need to declutter again. Things really hit a low point when I had a prolonged illness, and not long after had a bereavement. I was overwhelmed and exhausted. I would pull an item from the floor, thinking I might need it and put it to one side. Piles built up. Several days would pass, I would come back to it, not sure what each pile was and repeating it all over again.

 

Then I discovered Dana K White’s method of decluttering. She talked about the CONTAINER method, as in your space is a container. You can keep whatever you want that fits in your space but not everything.

 

Once I realised this, it transformed things and got some clarity back into my life and saved me time and money.

Five step process to declutter your life

How would you like to not just declutter your home but also establish good habits and continue to keep your home clutter free?

 

I will guide you through a five step no mess process that makes this really possible.

 

Clutter accumulates for many reasons. It could be years of clutter from generations of family, bereavement, illness, downsizing your living arrangements, work pressures, couples getting together and bringing two lots of belongings into one property.

 

Clutter affects people in so many ways including feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed to invite anyone into the home, apart from the frustration and time wasted of not being able to find even everyday items.

 

Ultimately what we have in our homes should be there to support and help us and enhance our lives, not drain us of energy, and leave us feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. Do you really want to give the clutter a free home anymore?

 

This does not have to be a mammoth 12-hour day project over a long weekend turfing everything out and feeling totally exhausted and still surrounded by stuff. Even if you only do 5 minutes a day then that is progress.

 

I will not judge you or criticise you or tell you what to keep. I will ask you questions to enable YOU TO decide.

 

Once you have your home under control and building good habits you can really keep on top of things.

How does it Work?

Step One:

Connect with me for a Free initial 15-minute call to go through your needs and what you need help with, so we can establish whether I can help you.

Step Two:

Choose from either level of support:

 

One Hour Better:  I will give you the structure of the 5-step process and coach you through it for a designated area. This will help you to make a start and give you the confidence to progress. £40

 

One Month Boost: An initial one hour coaching call to introduce the 5-step process and get you started.  Followed by weekly half an hour sessions to help you continue the process throughout your space and embed the habits. Includes text support and check-ins if needed. £100

Step Three:

I can make enquiries for disposal of items or auction houses in your local area and organise removal firms if you are moving house. From £50
